Detox Harmony Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dandelion root (dried, chopped)
  • 1 tsp burdock root (dried, chopped)
  • 1 tsp milk thistle seeds (lightly crushed)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, sliced
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • 500 ml filtered water
  • (Optional: 1 tsp raw honey, added after steeping and slightly cooled)

Equipments

  1. Small saucepan
  2. Tea strainer or fine mesh sieve
  3. Measuring spoons
  4. Mug or teacup
  5. Heat-safe jar or flask (for storing extra)

Instructions

  1. Combine all herbs and ginger with water in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes with lid slightly ajar
  3. Remove from heat, stir in the lemon juice
  4. Strain the tea into your mug
  5. Sweeten with honey if desired
  6. Store extra in the fridge and consume within 2 days

  • 🌼 Drink 1 cup daily for 7–10 days during seasonal detox periods.
  • 🌿 For stronger flavor, let the herbs steep covered for another 10 minutes after simmering.
  • ❄️ Store in a glass jar in the fridge; gently reheat before drinking.
